Once your application has been reviewed, prepared, or submitted, it is considered processed and non-refundable. However, if a material error is made on your application due to our fault, we will re-submit your application at no additional cost.

Your email must include:
Full Name of Applicant
Order ID or Invoice Number
Last four digits of the card used for payment
Purchase Date
Reason for refund request
Refund requests are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive complete information. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method and typically appear within 1–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us again for assistance.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
Government processing or visa fees paid to official immigration departments or consulates
Third-party costs, including medical examiners, translators, courier fees, or biometric appointments
Completed services, including reviewed or submitted applications, even if later withdrawn or refused by immigration authorities
Visaportal.org acts as a third-party visa assistance service and is not affiliated with any government agency. Government fees are always final and cannot be refunded once paid.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing from Visaportal.org, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Attempting to recover a payment through a credit card chargeback outside of these terms may be considered fraudulent.
If a client becomes unresponsive to communication for more than 90 days after purchase and no application can be completed due to lack of cooperation, no refund will be issued.
Fraudulent or unwarranted disputes may be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, and relevant authorities.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% satisfaction with our visa support service. If you encounter an issue directly caused by Visaportal.org before your application is submitted, you may request a refund or service credit within 14 days of purchase.

Visa appointment scheduling and approval decisions are entirely under the control of the issuing embassy or consulate.
We cannot influence, expedite, or guarantee visa outcomes or appointment availability.
Delays, denials, or rejections by government authorities are not covered by this guarantee.

Refunds or credits will not be granted for:
Visa refusals, delays, or decisions made by government officers
Changes to your travel plans or personal circumstances
Entry denials by border authorities
Epidemic, pandemic, or force-majeure-related travel disruptions
Misrepresentation or inaccurate information provided in your application
Duplicate refund requests or chargeback filings
