4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Visaportal.org, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. Attempting to recover a payment through a credit card chargeback outside of these terms may be considered fraudulent.

If a client becomes unresponsive to communication for more than 90 days after purchase and no application can be completed due to lack of cooperation, no refund will be issued.

Fraudulent or unwarranted disputes may be reported to payment processors, financial institutions, and relevant authorities.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for 100% satisfaction with our visa support service. If you encounter an issue directly caused by Visaportal.org before your application is submitted, you may request a refund or service credit within 14 days of purchase.
